Philip set up the firm in 1995 having previously worked at a number of other firms in the area. He has a great deal of experience in dealing complex and high value personal injury and medical negligence claims.

Mark Thompson – Senior Solicitor
Mark is from South Shields. After attending Harton Comprehensive School and South Tyneside College, Mark studied Law at the University of Liverpool gaining a 2:1 (Hons) LLB.
Jacqueline Rafferty – Associate Solicitor
Jacqui has been with the firm since it was set up in 1995. She mainly acts for clients in relation to injuries caused by medical negligence.
